കോഴിക്കോട് മണ്ണൂരിൽ വിദ്യാർഥിക്ക് കുത്തേറ്റ സംഭവത്തിൽ കുത്തി പരുക്കേൽപ്പിച്ച പ്ലസ് വൺ വിദ്യാർഥിയുടെ പിതാവിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. വധശ്രമം ചുമത്തിയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. പ്ലസ് വൺ വിദ്യാർഥിയും പിതാവും ചേർന്ന് കുട്ടിയെ അടിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിനുശേഷമാണ് വിദ്യാർഥി കുത്തി പരുക്കേൽപ്പിച്ചത്. മുൻവൈരാഗ്യത്തെ തുടർന്നാണ് അക്രമം. പത്താം ക്ലാസ് വരെ ഇരുവരും ഒരുമിച്ചാണ് പഠിച്ചിരുന്നത്. 

അന്നുണ്ടായ ചില  തർക്കങ്ങളെതുടർന്ന് ഇരുവരും ഏറ്റുമുട്ടിയിരുന്നു. ഇതേ ചൊല്ലിയുള്ള തർക്കം കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസവും ആവർത്തിച്ചതിനുപിന്നാലെയാണ്  കത്തിക്കുത്തുണ്ടായത്. വിദ്യാർഥിയെ നോട്ടീസ് നൽകി അമ്മയ്‌ക്കൊപ്പമയച്ചു.

In Mannoor, Kozhikode, the father of a Plus One student who stabbed another student has been arrested. The arrest was made on charges of attempted murder. The Plus One student and his father had assaulted the victim before the stabbing occurred. The attack was reportedly due to prior enmity. Both students had studied together until the 10th grade.
