When the team, led by captains Devika Rajendran and others, arrived at the Ramapuram – Ooruttukala Road in Athiyannoor Panchayat, they were greeted with an astonishing sight. The road, which falls under the district panchayat's jurisdiction, presented a whole new level of challenges.
