യാക്കോബായ സഭയുടെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ കാതോലിക്കാ ബാവയായി ജോസഫ് മാര്‍ ഗ്രിഗോറിയോസിന്‍റെ സ്ഥാനാരോഹണം ഇന്ന്. ലെബനനിലെ ബെയ്റൂട്ടിനടുത്തുള്ള അച്ചാനെയിലെ സെന്‍റ് മേരീസ് കത്തീഡ്രല്‍ ദേവാലയത്തില്‍ ഒരുക്കങ്ങളെല്ലാം പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി. വിവിധ സഭാ മേലധ്യക്ഷന്‍മാരടക്കം ഒട്ടേറെപ്പേര്‍ ചടങ്ങിന് സാക്ഷിയാകാന്‍ ബെയ്റൂട്ടിലെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേന്ദ്ര –സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരുകളുടെ പ്രതിനിധി സംഘവും എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ക്ക് ഇഗ്നാത്തിയോസ് അപ്രേം ദ്വിതീയന്‍ പാത്രിയര്‍ക്കീസ് ബാവാ മുഖ്യ കാര്‍മികത്വം വഹിക്കും. ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സമയം രാത്രി 8.30നാണ് സ്ഥാനാരോഹണ ചടങ്ങുകള്‍.

The enthronement ceremony of Joseph Mar Gregorios as the Supreme Catholicos of the Jacobite Church will take place today. Preparations have been completed at St. Mary's Cathedral in Achane, near Beirut, Lebanon. Several dignitaries, including heads of various churches, have arrived in Beirut to witness the event. Representatives from the central and state governments are also present. The ceremony will be led by Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II. The enthronement proceedings will commence at 8:30 PM IST.
