തൃശൂര്‍ ചിറ്റണ്ട പുതിയകാവ് ഭദ്രകാളി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ കളിയാട്ട ഉല്‍സവം ആഘോഷിച്ചു. രണ്ടു ദിവസം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന ആഘോഷത്തില്‍ ഭക്തരുടെ പ്രവാഹമായിരുന്നു. ഭഗവതിയുടെ പീഠപ്രതിഷ്ഠ ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രം തന്ത്രി കീഴൂരിടം സ്ഥാനികന്‍ അനീഷ് പെരുമലയന്‍ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി. സാംസ്കാരിക സദസ് മനോജ് കെ ജയന്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഗജ നാച്വറല്‍ പാര്‍ക്ക് വെല്‍ഫെയര്‍ ട്രസ്റ്റ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ കെ.പി.മനോജ് കുമാര്‍ അധ്യക്ഷനായിരുന്നു.

The Kaliyatta Utsavam was celebrated with grandeur at the Chittanda Puthiyakavu Bhadrakali Temple in Thrissur. Devotees thronged the temple for the two-day festivities. The temple’s thantri, Keezhooridam Sthanik Anish Perumalayan, led the Peedha Prathishta (consecration) ceremonies of the deity. The cultural session was inaugurated by actor Manoj K Jayan, while Gaja Natural Park Welfare Trust Chairman K.P. Manoj Kumar presided over the function.
