"ഡൽഹിയിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ കോടതിക്ക് മുകളിലാണോ എന്ന് കരുതുന്നുണ്ടോ?" എന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി ചോദിച്ചു. സമയപരിധി നീട്ടിയതിൽ വ്യക്തത വരുത്തി തിങ്കളാഴ്ച സത്യവാങ്മൂലം സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ ഹൈക്കോടതി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിനോട് നിർദേശിച്ചു.
